Katie McEnaney

Katie McEnaney writes books that celebrate the power of words, language, and history. She is an upper-elementary school teacher with a passion for reading and ensnaring others in a web of life-long reading. As a traveler, photographer, and former archaeologist, Katie has visited five continents, numerous countries, and 41 of the 50 US states. She loves introducing readers and her students to the wider world and fostering their excitement about history.

She lives in Wisconsin with her husband, son, and two very-demanding cats.
